Terms of Service

The service

Bebralka provides free tools to create and study flashcards. We work to keep it reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties.

Your content

Sets you create belong to you. By sharing a set by link you allow people with that link to view, study and copy it.

Don't upload material you don't have rights to, or illegal or abusive content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: such content is removed and the account may be suspended.

To report someone else's set, use its menu in the app (“…” → “Report”) or email yaroslavlit@gmail.com with a link to the set. We review reports within 24 hours.

AI features

AI helps you make sets and cards, checks answers and explains the material, but it can be wrong: check the cards before you save them, and check important AI answers against reliable sources.

AI features have daily limits. We may change the limits or switch the features off, for a while or for good. They aren't available in some countries.

Don't send other people's personal data, illegal content or material you don't have rights to through the AI features.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete it at any time in Settings on the website or in Profile in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Questions: yaroslavlit@gmail.com.
